Shipping and Exchange Policy
Shipping
All orders placed on https://www.shopartonome.com are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Once your purchased has been shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email.
All of our products are shipped from Baltimore, Maryland.
You should have received a tracking number to your email address after your purchase had shipped. If you have not received a tracking number and it’s been more than 7 business days from the purchase date, please contact us [email protected].
We are not responsible for post office delays. Therefore, please purchase items in a timely manner to ensure you will receive your order on time.
We begin processing orders within 72 hours of receipt of order. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to change or cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify the order.

Exchanges
Custom order purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are only available within 14 days of successful delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the shipper. To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- Item must be unworn
- Item must have original tags attached
- Item must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Item was the wrong size
- Item was defective
We are sorry you aren’t completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us at [email protected] to begin the exchange process. If your item meets the criteria listed above, you will be provided a shipping address to return your order.
Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you when your exchange has been processed and sent out to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchase or product exchange to reach you may vary.
